We Believe All Children Can Reach Their Potential to Grow and Thrive

Our Mission Builds On
Four Pillars of Excellence
To help focus our goals and maintain a high standard of quality care, we have developed four Pillars of Excellence.
Our patients – and their families – come first. Our team-centered clinical approach combines accurate diagnoses with individualized treatment plans to help each child achieve his or her own milestones.
Research is an essential part of patient care. Our highly trained team seeks opportunities for research that advances care and expands the approaches and tools that improve children’s lives.
We know most of your child’s care comes from outside of a doctor’s office. We aim to work with parent groups, primary care providers, community partners, schools, and government agencies to strive toward gold standard coordinated care.
We are dedicated to building the next generation of healthcare workers trained in neurological and behavioral health fields.
We began as a center within the Shriners Hospital for Children – Honolulu in 2013. Their support helped more than 2,000 children with disabilities or developmental delays access high quality care. Our steady growth prompted us to open our doors in 2018 as a standalone, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving children and their families in the state of Hawai‘i. Individual donors and foundations make our work possible. Generous support from the Hawai‘i Community Foundation and generous donors including Agne Family Fund, Gwenfread Elaine Allen Fund, Omidyar ‘Ohana Fund, The NME Fund, Stupski Foundation, and Victoria S. & Bradley L. Geist Foundation made our launch possible. We thank them for their support.
Contributions of individuals and organization sustains our work.
